Bird House Auction

Congratulations, Jerry! You've won a box, with a hole in it, for birds.

Welcome to my bird house auction. I'll be auctioning off some of my bird houses for charity. These are quite simply boxes...with holes...for birds! The highest bidder gets the bird house.  The proceeds go to the Fort Thomas Forrest Conservancy. Here is the house up for auction.

The Bird House

You'll be bidding on this elegant wooden bird house, made with a butternut front and back, and cedar sides, all sealed with teak oil. The box, built around a 1-1/4" hole, is approximately 7" x 4" x 12". It can be mounted from the back or from underneath. Clean out requires removing two screws that connect the top to the house.

The Charity

All proceeds (less any shipping expenses) will go to the Fort Thomas Forest Conservancy, whose mission is to "protect, restore, and conserve the natural areas that contribute to the vitality and unique character of Fort Thomas through land preservation, responsible stewardship, and the promotion of community awareness understanding, and enjoyment for present and future generations."

Payment

To keep it simple I'll only accept payment through Venmo or PayPal. If you don't use either, they are easy to set up.

Delivery

I can arrange with the winner to either ship the house to a supplied address or it can be picked up from my front porch. I'll pull any shipping costs from the payment.
