October 5, 2007 Zotero

Explore Zotero, which is a wonderful new research tool that plugs into FireFox browsers. It's easy to create bibliographies; Zotero pulls bibliographic data out of web pages (including JSTOR, Google Scholar, Amazon, and many university library searches). You can bookmark web sites, save screenshots of web pages (which you can annotate and highlight), keep and organize notes, attach different kinds of files, and organize everything by tags and folders.

You can find out more about Zotero at their web site. There you will be able to download the Zotero add-on and watch screencasts of its different functions.

In Inside Higher Education Scott McLemee writes a very positive review.
